Experience and Recognition

• His professional career includes corporate experience, being Deputy General Counsel of Lan Airlines S.A. (2002 to 2007); in-house counsel of Enersis S.A. (1999 to 2002) and of Endesa S.A. (1995 to 1999).

• He also worked as a foreign associate in Chadbourne & Parke LLP, New York, United States, during 1998.

• Prior to the creation of BBGS Abogados, Claudio worked in recognized law firms, where he advised companies, banks and financial institutions, both Chilean and foreign, in the acquisition and sale of companies, equity offerings in Chile and United States and debt offerings in international markets.

• His experience also includes aircraft financing and leasing, bilateral and international syndicated credit agreements
